Baytree Cars sees demand go into the fast lane
Prestige and performance vehicle specialist Baytree Cars has expanded its showroom after experiencing a big surge in demand.
The firm, which is based in Chequers Lane, has set a target of bringing the highest marque cars to Derby and has just taken delivery of an Aston Martin BB4 Sports Coupe, which is worth more than £500,000.
An eye-catching trio of Ferraris – a 599 F1 GTB Fiorano, 458 Spider Dct and F430 Scuderia, all valued above £150,000, are also attractions for supercar fans, alongside a Porsche 911 Gt3 Rs.
According to Baytree, celebrities, business leaders and car enthusiasts, are now turning to the firm, helping it buck the slump which retail outlets have faced since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Director Chris McDermott said: “We have built up Baytree for many years and recently invested heavily in new cars. We are now seeing the fruition of that hard work.”
Derbyshire entrepreneur Steve Pinchbeck joined the company two years ago, helping Chris and the team push Baytree even further forward.
Steve said: “Baytree has been a high-quality business for many years and now we are extending our stock to be among the most extensive in the East Midlands. We are very proud of our extended showroom.
“We also pride ourselves on customer service, thanks to decades of experience in the prestige car industry.”
