Jack Rabbits Refreshes & Reopens
Bondholder and one of Derby's favourite businesses, Jack Rabbits, reopened its doors over the weekend with a new, refreshed look and streamlined, simple and delicious menu.

Suzanne Edmonds has developed a new tempting and tasty menu that will use the finest seasonal ingredients and there will be weekly specials to add even more variety, including dishes like fig, gorgonzola and prosciutto pizza and grilled halloumi, watermelon and herb pitta.
Its new owners have big plans following the makeover which include expanding its their vision to open a brand new second unit at the Greenman in Ashbourne by the end of 2015.
