A motor finance business has become the latest company to take space on Pride Park

BB&J Commercial secured the deal which saw MGX Motor Finance acquire the leasehold on a unit in Royal Scot Road.

Cameron Godfrey, agency surveyor at BB&J Commercial and the agent responsible for the completed deal, said: “Once the property came to the market, there was an immense level of interest, and we were swift in agreeing terms with the tenant and our client.

“With the property being in such a well-established and highly sought after area, the interest we received was no surprise.

“Hybrid office and warehouse accommodation are becoming ever more popular.”
