A national health and safety training provider has expanded onto Pride Park, following a deal completed by Salloway Property Consultants.

3B Training has taken a 3,250 sq ft industrial unit in Royal Scot Road.

This adds to the firmโ€™s expanding number of training venues across the UK, which include locations such as Blackburn, Doncaster, Leeds and Manchester.

William Speed, from Salloway, completed the deal on behalf of long-standing clients Ivygrove Developments.

The letting completed in just five weeks following the initial viewing.

According to William the deal underlines Derbyโ€™s enduring popularity as a location for both local and national occupiers.

He said: โ€œItโ€™s great to be able to place another national business in a prime location within Derby.

โ€œThe letting to 3B Training emphasises the fact that Derby still proves to be top of the list for many regional and national occupiers.

โ€œDemand is still strong in this sector, and we would strongly recommend that anyone looking to sell or let their premises contacts us to discuss potential options.โ€

Dave Brooks, executive chairman at 3B Training, said: โ€œWe are thrilled to have found a unit in such a short timescale.

โ€œThis move has allowed us to expand our office space and means we can offer a wider range of courses to our clients in the Midlands.โ€
