Sellick Partnership, Innes England, Morrison Design and Ford and Stanley are just some of the Marketing Derby Bondholders who have made new appointments over the past few weeks.

Professional services recruitment firm Sellick Partnership has promoted Chelsey Saxon to associate director.

She will lead a new team as Sellick expands into the in-house legal market.

It will focus on placing legal professionals into the retail, construction, financial services, energy, and utilities sectors.

Chelsey, who joined Sellick Partnership in 2012, has over 12 years’ experience recruiting legal professionals across the UK and has become an expert in her field.

She has predominantly worked with local government organisations, as well as higher education establishments.

Laura Hayward, group director at Sellick Partnership, said: “Chelsey is focused, driven and selfless with her time – a real asset to this team and to Sellick Partnership.

“Over the last few years Chelsey has hired, trained and mentored a number of successful recruitment consultants who have become fantastic billers.

“This is such a pleasure to witness and highlights that her contribution to the wider team and business overall is invaluable. I am incredibly proud of what she has achieved, she has worked so hard, and it is thoroughly deserved.”

Commercial property agency Innes England has announced three senior promotions.

Trish Topliss and Joe Reilly have been promoted to company director, while Grace Conisbee takes up the role of associate, as well as continuing her role as a member of the firm’s sustainability group.

Matt Hannah, managing director at Innes England, said: “We’re pleased to announce promotions for Trish, Joe and Grace – all three are very worthy of this reward and have worked extremely hard to take their careers to the next level.

“Since joining us in May 2022 Trish has made a significant impact, managing a number of projects, working with many of our key clients.

“Trish has also shown responsibility outside of her day-to-day role, putting herself forward to mentor other members of the team.

“Joe used 2023 to build on his profile in the agency market securing several key disposals for clients. Initially joining as a graduate, Joe highlights the opportunity to progress at Innes England with our APC training scheme.

“Grace also joined as a graduate and has made a significant contribution to the business and its growth, as well as being a finalist at the National RICS Matrics Awards for Ambassador of the Year.

“As well as her role as an associate director, Grace also sits within our sustainability group, with our ESG practices being a key focus for the year ahead.”

Architects Morrison Design has welcomed four new faces to its team over the past few months following a period of growth for the practice.

Oliver Pacey has joined as a trainee architectural technologist, while Nidhi Badrakia was taken on as a junior project manager.

Sef Lawrence joined the firm as a senior architectural technologist – and last month Michael Clarke joined Morrison as a senior architect.

Nik Clarke, director at Morrison Design, said: “It’s been wonderful to welcome Ollie, Nidhi, Sef and Michael to the practice and see them settle in so well.

“They each bring a unique set of skills and experience and we can already see each of them putting these to use.

“The practice is thriving at the moment and our new team members will support us with that growth.”

Talent services specialist Ford and Stanley has announced the promotion of Billy Jackson to managing consultant within the group’s Executive Search business.

Billy joined the company as recruitment consultant in August 2021, before becoming senior consultant and then business manager.

Director Daniel Taylor said: “Throughout Billy’s career at Ford and Stanley what became apparent was his communication, ability to consult and willingness to go above and beyond for clients and candidates.

“As an organisation, we pride ourselves on identifying and unlocking potential and allowing people to play to their strengths.

“We do this by providing opportunities to experience and explore working in different businesses within the group.

“Billy joining our Executive Search business provides real strength in depth, in addition to bringing expertise and knowledge of the tech and digital sectors, which has been an exceptional area of growth throughout 2023.”
