As Approved Inspectors we offer a friendly flexible alternative to local authority and other building control providers. We have over 70 years’ experience in building control and draw on this to provide an efficient and robust knowledge base to assist our clients with their projects. From free pre-application advice through to plan checking, site inspection service and issuing of final certificates we guide our clients through the building control process.

We provide our services to homeowners/builders/architects on both domestic and commercial projects. Our work is mainly focused in and around Derby but we do have projects currently reaching as far as London and the North East of England.
