Hannells Conquers Property Sales Market Share
Derby's local estate and lettings agency Hannells is celebrating after dominating a reported 36.9% of the 'Sold' boards in Derby and surrounding areas.

The figure stated by an independent research company follows on from a list of accolades and awards. Managing Director Benjamin Brain puts much of the agency's success down to its relentless culture of innovation and self-improvement.

The great news comes at the end of a busy 12 months in which the company expanded into the lettings market, created an online auction service and opened the doors to its new Allestree branch. Hannells has even recruited 15 new employees to cope with the demand from local buyers and sellers.
