Derby Hotels Makes Top 25 in UK List
Fantastic news for two of our Bondholders this month, Birchover Hotel Apartments and Morley Hayes as each have been listed in the UK's Top 25 Hotels by TripAdvisor.
The Morley Hayes Hotel came in at 13th in the country with 391 of 406 reviewing it as 'Excellent' or 'Very Good'. Morley Hayes not only includes a hotel but also a stunning golf course, bars and restaurants.
The Birchover Residences Darley Abbey was named the 22nd best hotel with 53 of 55 reviews last year receiving a score of 100%. The residences are located in Darley Abbey, Derby and each of their 40 bedroom apartments have their own sauna.
