Turtle Bay Announces Move to City

Bringing up to 60 jobs to Derby's Cathedral Quarter, Caribbean restaurant Turtle Bay will be opening at the Wardwick in August.
Marketing Derby worked closely with Bondholder FHP to provide key decision-makers at Turtle Bay a tour of the city, followed by liaising with their team to back up the opportunities in the city.

“We have seen significant interest in Derby from leisure operators over the last 12 months and FHP have been instrumental in bringing major national brands such as Las Iguanas, Prezzo and now Turtle Bay to the established leisure circuit around Friar Gate.”
Turtle Bay, which already has restaurants in Nottingham and Birmingham, will serve traditional Caribbean dishes such as jerk chicken, barbecue pineapple and fish curries as well as a selection of rum cocktails.
