Castlewood proves perfect fit for uniform supplier

A uniform and sportswear supplier has taken space at a business park created by Clowes Developments thanks to a deal secured by FHP Property Consultants.
Schoolblazer has agreed a 10-year lease on a 77,000 sq ft unit at Castlewood Business Park, at Junction 28 of the M1.
The new unit forms part of a portfolio that Hines purchased on a forward funding basis from Clowes Developments.

The Schoolblazer deal was completed within a month of the building’s practical completion.
