Cathedral Quarter publishes new food and drink guide
The Cathedral Quarter has published a new food and drink guide showcasing its best places to eat and drink.
Produced by the Cathedral Quarter Business Improvement District (BID) to coincide with its Food and Drink Focus, which is taking place throughout this month, the free guide shines the spotlight on its award-winning restaurants, bars, cafes, delis, and coffee shops.
Nearly 100 businesses feature in the new guide, which gives a comprehensive look at where to go to enjoy the best food and drink.
Eve Taylor, project executive for the Cathedral Quarter BID, said: “The Cathedral Quarter has a fantastic array of award-winning establishments with something to suit every palate and budget.
“There are café, delis, and coffee shops in abundance for daytime visitors and people working in the area.
“Then, in the evening, the area swaps its relaxed and gentle pace for a vibrant evening economy providing people with a great place to enjoy our restaurants, bars and nightclubs.”
To help people select which venues to visit, the guide also highlights whether it has an outdoor area, good accessibility and which are dog friendly.
The guide also states whether the café or bar, restaurant or deli has discounts on offer as part of the money-saving app, LoyalFree – which is supported and used by Derby businesses.
Brad Worley, BID Manager for the Cathedral Quarter, said: “LoyalFree has been a great success.
“With such pressures on household budgets right now, it is good to be able to help visitors make their money go further and if you’re going to work your way through every listing in the new Food and Drink Guide, you’re going to need a few money-off deals.”
Physical copies of the guide can be picked up from hospitality businesses throughout the Cathedral Quarter,
