Developer announces completion of luxury apartments

Clowes Developments has announced the practical completion of a luxury apartments complex in Matlock.

The developer, along with contractor Roe Developments, has successfully completed the scheme called Riber View Apartments.

The development, located off Causeway Lane, features 47 one- and two-bedroom apartments, which range from 450 sq ft to 765 sq ft in size.

The scheme benefits from secure key fob access, off-road parking, bicycle storage, and electric vehicle charging points.

There are also two lifts, providing easy access to the upper floors.

Clowes also opted to install solar panels to the roof – providing sustainable energy for the common areas of the buildings.

The apartments, which are now available to view, are being marketed by Sally Botham Estates, which has reported a high volume of off-plan enquiries since construction began last year.

The scheme also contains a commercial element, with a 3,000 sq ft unit on the ground floor, which can be divided into two units to suit occupier requirements.
