Flex office provider expands Midlands presence

Flex office provider Cubo is continuing to expand its presence in the Midlands after securing a deal for more space.

The Derby-based firm has announced it has taken a further half a floor of space – 11,600 sq ft – at Two Chamberlain Square, in Birmingham.

Cubo opened its existing 24,000 sq ft space at the same building in March last year.

Since then, occupancy levels have exceeded expectations, with regional, national and global businesses taking advantage of the building’s strategic location and Cubo’s unique offering.

Marc Brough, managing director at Cubo, which began with its first site in Derby, said: “Encouraged by our huge success to date, our move to increase our footprint underlines our strategy of building a national presence of co-working spaces for SMEs and corporate clients.
