Flint’s advise on evacuation tech firm purchase

Flint Bishop has advised on the purchase of a firm that specialises in the development and production of evacuation equipment.

The law firm provided strategic legal advice to Vivificatio in its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Evacusafe (UK), which make products designed to facilitate the safe escape of individuals with mobility impairments.

According to Flint Bishop, the acquisition marks a significant milestone for both companies in the mobility and evacuation equipment sector.
