Train operator recognised as top employer

East Midlands Railway is celebrating after being recognised as a leading employer for the eighth consecutive year.
The 2024 Top Employers have been announced and the train operator has once again received certification.
Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent HR policies and people practices.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of its HR Best Practices Survey.
Kate Holden, HR director at East Midlands Railway, said: “We are thrilled to be once again recognised as a leading employer in the UK.
“Securing accreditation for the eighth consecutive year is a notable achievement, highlighting the diligence with which we work to provide our colleagues with engaging and rewarding opportunities for progression and development in their roles.”
